Because everyone here is a superhero!” These activities are not suitable for handicap guests, pregnant women or guests who suffer from any major illness or disability. People under the influence of alcohol or toxic substance won’t be allowed to participate. It should be noted that the park’s trails are in natural conditions, so this must be considered for the use of strollers for children, as well as for guests with special mobility conditions.
Food, Drinks, Towel, Selfie Sticks and Drones are not allowed in the park.

FAQs
Is it possible to pay only for the activities I'm interested in?
The park’s attractions and activities are not offered individually. The entrance to the park gives you access to all the attractions and activities included in the Full Admission. Upon arrival you will be able to do the activities of your choice, deciding your own itinerary.
I want to busy some tickets to the park as a gift, how can I do this?
Select the method of payment via PayPal (Credit card payment does not apply if the cardholder is not present at the park).
In the General Information/Primary Cardholder Information boxes you can indicate the information of one of the guest who will be attending the park; if you choose to complete this information with your personal data, write in the Notes and Special Requirements box that it is a gift and indicate the full name of the person who will be attending the park.
How long is the tour and what time can I arrive?
The attractions are available from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. We recommend arriving early to enjoy the entire park at your leisure. The visit or walk through the park is not guided, each visitor decides their own route and the time to stay in the activities. In the description of each attraction or activity you can see the estimated time of duration of each activity.
Is it mandatory to make a reservation online, that is, can I pay when I arrive at the park?
By making your reservation ahead of time we can secure your space, especially if you add one of the optional activities.
What activities can young children do?
Infants/toddlers from 0 to 5 years old enter the park for free, there are age restrictions to participate in zip lines and water hammocks, and other high risk activities. Infants/toddlers can enjoy the rest of the park’s attractions, always accompanied by a responsible adult. In the description of each attraction or activity you will find a note of the minimum age required for each activity. Please note that the trails leading from one attraction to another are in rugged conditions, which should be considered for the use of cars/strollers.
Are swimming skills required for water activities?
It is not necessary to know how to swim to enjoy the water activities; we have flotation vests available (at no additional cost), as well as trained personnel for rescue. It is advisable to indicate to the support staff that you do not know how to swim, so that they can offer you guidance on how to enjoy the activity safely.
Are there any weight or height restrictions for the Zip Line activity?
Regulations:
Minimum height: 4’ = 1.20 m.
Maximum height: 6’7” = 2 m.
Maximum waistline: 44”.
Maximum weight: 280 lb. = 127 kg.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Footwear is mandatory, it cannot be loose.
Pregnant women or visitors with special health conditions will not be able to participate in this activity.

Regulations:
Minimum height: 3’1” = 1.16 m.
Maximum height: 6’7” = 2 m.
Maximum weight: 280 lb. = 127 kg.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there any weight or height restrictions for the Hamaca Ride?
Regulations:
Minimum height: 3’7” = 1.10 m.
Maximum height: 6’7” = 2 m.
Maximum weight: 280 lb. = 127 kg.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
